heres a question - has anyone returned several pieces by post - from different orders or do you have to reutrn per order number into seperate packages - if you get what I mean

can anyone let me know if M&S refund postage ?

ordered 5 items and have got email saying that only 1 item is being sent as the rest are oos. I phoned to cancel but was told that I'll just have to refuse delivery /return item but will I be refunded the £3.50 postage when the item is returned?

Have you checked that they def charged you the full postage? On some of my orders I was only charged part postage when items were cancelled.

Under Distance Selling Regulations they WILL take back and refund even pierced earrings. I had a refund last week for a set that included pierced earrings, that I posted back to them. CS have told me very clearly that they will accept them back. When you buy them is store then obviously not, but it's different rules with buying from the internet.

really???? they refused to take my earrings back even though they were still sealed as they said they cannot for hygine reasons!:eek:

def. been charged £3.50 .When I phoned to cancel the order that amount was confirmed (no offer to reduce postage). Haven't ever had to return anything before so I wasn't sure if postage would be refunded.
