I ordered these but they're not to my taste. Dangly cluster of beads, reds, blacks, greys. I'm not very technical so can't post a picture, sorry.

I have been impressed with my other 'mystery' jewellery items though, so have just placed another order with free del code.

I've just checked my confirmed orders. Items have dissapeared, with no email or anything. I have cancelled the orders as with only one item it's just not worth it. Just note both of these orders were on 8th Jan, and as has been mentioned before the site had a bit of a problem then!

However I still have one order from 11th jan which is still waiting to despatch, but the one I placed yesterday is items to be despatched soon!

I have got my DVD player though. Hubby is very impressed, he claims I never told him about it, but I'm sure I did. Definitely my best bargain!

i had one item cancelled from my order and i just emailed customer service and in a minute my delivery charge has been removed.so when you got some items cancelled it is wort to contact them and ask politely for the discount on delivery charge and if they say no just cancell whole order.

My OH is forever claiming I haven't told him stuff - it's just the male gene (otherwise known as 'not listening').

In reply to a few others who've posted similar - I've also had items and complete orders disappear out of my Orders today (including 2 coats I was really hoping to get) - and haven't received any emails yet. My heart erally goes out to the CS staff - God they must be getting it in the neck!

Thank you, not sure whether to cancel a few more items off my remaining pending orders, have done 7 i think in total since the start as not really interested in the clothes unless I spot something nice for my DS.

I had some gorgeous necklaces in their sale before xmas for teachers presents, they weren't as cheap as this sale but far nicer and better quality and look the original spend iykwim. I'm keeping my mystery items but unsure on some of the £3 ones that are pending, most of the ones I received were for £1.
