The extent of M & S dire customer services (or lack of it) just appalls me. I have sent three emails and not had a reply to any of them and requested someone to telephone me and have not had a response to any of these. It would appear they are quick enough to try to tempt you to 'buy' something from their web site but if problems arise........I hope someone from M & S is reading this - their set up is a disgrace.

M&S keep taking things out of my orders, i had a lovely dress that i really wanted in there this morning and now its gone

I'm recognising more and more stuff that has been cancelled from my orders without telling me and has magically popped up as in stock! What a flipping surprise! :rolleyes:

The only thing I can think of to do is order lots of similar things and hope that you just get one of them. Hence I have 2 dressing gowns, lots of jumpers etc. on order. That way I won't be too disappointed when some of them get cancelled...well that's the idea anyway!

I'm wondering how many orders I can place before my M&S card reaches it's limit. Because I know half of it won't arrive, I just keep ordering!

My delivery dates keeping getting put back and back. Surely, they've either got it to despatch or not. At this rate, I'll get the cocktail shaker in time for summer BBQs!
