Sorry for the rantage (had a bad day) but here we go....

IT WOULD BE REALLY NICE IF M&S TOLD US VIA EMAIL THAT THEY HAVE/ARE DELETING THINGS FROM OUR EMAIL-CONFIRMED ORDERS........!!!

I have just realised I am missing an item from an order I did not see was missing until now (there are probably others I have not noticed) I hope this gets read by M&S people.

Yes they are sooo pants. so mixed up. And to deliver orders that have been cancelled and not deliver orders that have not been cancelled. Anyone would think it was April Fools day!

I managed to use the free delivery code on one lot, but obviously not on the second lot. I really need to go and cook tea but can't bear to leave just in case.......... this is really addictive!

Ok, I'm pretty sure that most of the stuff that just 'came back into stock', really didn't. About 10 things have been cancelled from one of my orders, and I'm guessing the OOS emails will arrive later. In the meantime every single one of the cancelled items, in the cancelled sizes, has shown back up on the website.

            Just be aware!

Last year I ordered a PS3 when they had a great offer and it was faulty when it arrived, I took it back instore and they said it didn't exist and that my order had been cancelled as it was OOS. Well clearly it hadn't been cancelled and despite showing them my delivery note they still said my account wasn't showing one. I did get it swapped instore and 6 weeks later it appeared on my account as sent - bizarre!

I have had the same and am furious that I have been charged for an order they have now cancelled, after confirming I will receive it. After searching through my emails to get the missing order number, it clicks through as order cancelled??

I emailed them and they said because I have placed many orders they cannot see which one I mean and that they can't help. How lazy are their staff??

That is such a shame if that happens, and I wonder why it does, certainly will not improve customer relations. I have ordered some clothes and also some drink sets, I am seriously doubting the drink sets will appear..........
