me too. Going to takes ages sending/taking stuff back!

I always go through a cashback site (Quidco) and have amassed a lot of money from the sales. Wonder if M&S will pay out on my original order totals or the revised amounts (if at all)

To be fair to them they are inundated at the moment with people emailing and phoning to try and get postage charges taken off because of cancelled orders. I sent around 7 emails myself and they did ring me back in the end. I got most of the postage returned because they cancelled so much stuff so just give them a bit of time. I'm sure they will get back to you.

Has anyone actually had any cancellation emails this evening? More stuff has been removed from my orders and still no email. I am getting cross!

My response to my query -

I've looked in to your query and can confirm that I've successfully
tracked your order and have noticed that it's been cancelled as it's
currently out of stock. You haven't been charged for it. May I ask
you to check our website in 10-14 working days as stock does come
back. You can also contact us on the details listed below and we'll
be happy to assist. I'd just like to add that if you think that your
daughter's screaming is bad now , wait until she reaches the terrible
twos. All the best for that, enjoy it while it lasts as they grow up
so quickly.
