i agree i am having to place tons of orders for little pressies but even with cancellations and delivery IF items arrived i have saved loads and got lots of presents bought for birthdays throughout the year.

right - I have just phoned M&S - how ridiculous is their system!!! basically I phoned cos I ended up placing 2 orders to home & I wanted to see if they could combine them so I only pay one delivery charge - when she looked my orders up she said that one of the orders will be cancelled anyway cos all the items are oos!!!! How ridiculous is that - they weren't oos when I ordered them and allowed me to place the order ie wasting my time!! M&S have gone down in my estimation & I can't be bothered now!! I was told that the order isn't actually placed until payment is made!! what a load of tosh!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr - I'm obviously not very lucky!! oh well you win some you lose some I guess!!

I think the chances of actually getting something, when the link is posted here, is quite slim.
