I just called M&S to get them to check my orders. He said that they cannot tell what is oos and what I will actually receive until it is dispatched. When order is placed, it is subject to availablity.
I then queried what will happen if most of order is cancelled as I don't want to pay P&P for just 1 or 2 items. He said that in that scenario I just need to call them up & they will refund the P&P charge without any problem.
I am now giving up as I feel I have wasted 6 hours of my life on this with no guarantee I will get anything.
Hope you all get at least some of things you want.
