I think the problem has been for the people that put an order in either Christmas Eve or Christmas day chosing the designated day of delivery. I had an order placed on the 29th and received it 3 days later but the order I placed on the 25th has still not despatched, I am now speaking with the Chairmans office awaiting response as to what is going on after waiting 2 days for a call back from a manager at M&S direct!

finally tried to order an order to collect from store and my store is not available so nearest is over 20 miles away so cheaper to have it delivered to house! very annoying as i presumed you could collect from any m and s and i have two here

The necklace is very pretty, the diamonds are on the inverted side of the heart and it hangs from one edge of the heart, not the middle (which is why I called it assymetrical). Its platinum plated and nicely boxed.

Lots and lots of bargains to be had instore. Portfolio and Autograph Weekend silk tops in all sizes lots of designs were available. Most of these were originally priced above £29, now selling at £3. Lots of trousers, jackets, skirts, cardigans etc. instore. I think it is worthwhile making the trip to the nearest M&S store. Men's suit (Collezione, Autograph) RRP £149-£249 were priced £15.

Actually, I went to collect 'Pure Leather Travel Wallet' which I ordered for collection from the links before in this thread. This turned out to be a Corset keyring and mobile charm set.:rotfl:

I wish I could get to a store! It's currently snowing here, and we are forecast a load more overnight. I have a feeling that it just won't be possible!

Thanks, it does sound very nice...I was considering buying them for my bridesmaids to wear at my wedding in the Summer
