M&S have just cancelled my cocktail shaker as they have no stock! So ive cancelled my whole order as i only had gift tags and a jewellery box and its not worth delivery.

Would they have taken the money out already? Or do they take it once its been shipped? Just wondered if its going to be a hassle trying to get a refund.

ive had a big cancellation email but then whats been cancelled isnt what is listed in email so i am very annoyed as lost lots of kids toys and clothes :mad:

I think you get charged once its been dispatched, so if you have cancelled you shouldnt be charged for any of it.

Don't take it until ALMOST despatched so if you cancel now should be ok

I ordered 12 items from the sale (cocktail shaker, disney princess activity pack, magic wand, toaster jotter sets, etc) and my order was worth £24.50, was meant to have a dispatch date of the 12th, got an email to say that would be put back to the 13th-18th, and then various OOS notifications until I ended up with 2 items left to be delivered! Have cancelled that, bit of a pointless exercise really...!
