My wasnt due to dispatch until 11th and still said it was in process.

ive had a big cancellation email but then whats been cancelled isnt what is listed in email so i am very annoyed as lost lots of kids toys and clothes :mad:

I think thats what will happen to my large order. It was the second order I have placed and nothing has happened to it since ive ordered, yet items that were meant to come after this order have been sent.

I dont really understand how marks do it. There doesnt seem to be any sense in how they sort the orders.
