    let's move forwards..........there are parts of my life I currently LOVE and I'm going to focus on that for the rest of the evening and over the coming days rather than let him spoil the smile I've had on my face recently.

    I can only speak for myself and I apologise if this sounds corny/annoying/self rightceous (can't spell!) but I have a very dear friend in my life who has an issue that REALLY REALLY upsets me, so much so, it has nearly ruined our friendship. (it's an 'ism' problem, one that is rampant in my family and one I really hate) but just today I decided to stop letting it affect my day to day living-I cannot change it, I know that. So, if I can't change it, I am not going to let it make me sad. Im not saying I don't 'mind' it anymore but I am not going to spend my energy being sad/fed up/worried because of what is essentially something I have absolutely no control over.

    So, well done again BB-you put the smile on your face and don't let him take it off. xxxxxxxx
