Last new year, Shrek pretended to be ill as an excuse to not be with me on New Years Eve. He let me down and cancelled our plans at the last minute, but I ignored what I didn't want to see. He came up the next day and stayed for two days, meeting my kids for the first time and I was so happy because they got on so well.

He did all that knowing he had slept with two other people over Christmas and didn't want to be with me. He dumped me a few days later. I hate myself for letting him into the kids' lives. He broke my heart so badly I don't think it can ever be fixed. And that was far from the worst part of the year.

I need this horrible year to be over. I can't stop crying.

Sorry to be so miserable. I will feel much better tomorrow when it is all over.

Sorry folks, nearly went...then I saw this!

Snaggles you are a strong, independent and sexy woman. You are a great Mum and your are worth a million Shreks!
Go out tomorrow, find something with a picture of Shrek on it ( the cartoon will do) and burn it! Tell it what you feel and let it go.

    Have a Great 2010.

For the last four New Year's Eve I have sat thinking that the next year would change so much for me because my bf would finally leave his wife and we would be together like we had talked about.

Well this year he finally did leave her, but dumped me at the same time, deciding he didn't want a relationship - not sure why he didn't reach that conclusion four and a half years ago!

Thing is he still tells me he loves me and I was the best thing that ever happened to him - men eh?
