I just wanted us to have a full evening together for once in a blue moon and not play second fiddle as usual.
*hands BB the frying pan*
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
I'm not too sure about this year to be honest. I've had a lot of let downs medical wise, and thinga haven't moved on as much as I'd hoped. But things have moved on a lot in other ways. I know I'm a lot more hopeful about the coming year than I have been for as many new years as I can remember.
Happy birthday Tigtag too!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

Even if I achieve a couple of them, I'll be pleased. The manicure is up to me to be bothered about me, the opportunities bit is again down to me not to be scared etc, the others are about me being positive and pro-active and basically getting my act together in life.

it's because I wash the dishes without gloves and I can't use a lot of washing up liquids other than surcare. I used some cheap stuff recently and my left hand looked like it had sunburn - and the skin between the fingers of my other hand went a bit dry and flaky."Stay Wonky":D
