Christmas Eve - appeared 10pm after not seeing him all day. This was a 'compromise' apparently.
Christmas Day - went home 8.30am to make 2 calls. Came back 2.30pm.
Boxing Day - went out for '2 beers', came in around 11pm after not seeing him all day. We had an argument about it because he confessed he was 'pushing it' but he still decided to go.

hmm... can we play a drinking game online??:confused:

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Grrr what a !!!!!! BB. What is it with men? They can't be bothered to put in a bit of effort to make us happy, then when we finally crack and end it, WE have broken THEIR hearts, and we are the bad guys.

I know it's not much of a consolation but I too am at home in my pj's.

I know for most of us, 2009 had many many HIGHS and LOWS but I am personally going to concentrate on the good instead of lows because frankly, the reasons I was low do not for 1 minute deserve my thoughts or energy anymore. They sucked my happiness from me (well, I let them tbh, like a !!!!!!) but I am taking control again.

I know I will may be sad again, I know I have a lot of things I need to change but I am not prepared to waste my smiles and love anymore on people that don't deserve it.

You guys have been a saving grace for me since I found this forum 3 years ago, I have made the most incredible friends and laughed and cried and felt supported and care for more than I thought was humanly possible from 'virtual' friends. (Who now are IRL Friends)

Please, lets all of us pack up all the misery and heartache of the past year and mark the box 'DO NOT DISTURB' and learn from our mistakes. (I've made some right corkers!!!!!!)

I love you all-I love you Snaggs-you know that.

  • Apparently his 2 mates (1 of which is the one he was out with Christmas Eve and Boxing Day) are going out on the pish and 'he could have gone with them' so I need to 'get a smile on my face' that he chose not to.

I just wanted us to have a full evening together for once in a blue moon and not play second fiddle as usual.

Tenmah, did they send you a size 14? Lots of folk have received the wrong size.

Mine are too long. Anyone any tips on how to shorten?

Haven't read back yet but wanted to reply to this one - sadly they sent the correct size 14 - but thanks for the thought!!
