Last new year, Shrek pretended to be ill as an excuse to not be with me on New Years Eve. He let me down and cancelled our plans at the last minute, but I ignored what I didn't want to see. He came up the next day and stayed for two days, meeting my kids for the first time and I was so happy because they got on so well.

He did all that knowing he had slept with two other people over Christmas and didn't want to be with me. He dumped me a few days later. I hate myself for letting him into the kids' lives. He broke my heart so badly I don't think it can ever be fixed. And that was far from the worst part of the year.

I need this horrible year to be over. I can't stop crying.

Sorry to be so miserable. I will feel much better tomorrow when it is all over.

Oh Snaggs i`m so sorry to hear that. It can`t be helpful to hear everybody sounding cheerful, like you say New Year New Start, hope you can wake up tomorrow feeling happier

Snags hun he was a complete !!!!!! but its very hard to see that when you are the one involved. Don't be sad about you let him into the childrens life, I doubt very much Tash will remember him and its no different in their eyes than meeting a male friend of anyone.

2009 is nearly over thank god and I can't wait for 2010
