Bless you I daren't buy any as my sister did and she weighed much more than it said on her normal scales!!!! I'll just keep to my scales even if they are lying lol.

Yeah, mine showed more as the normal one as well. I blamed the dinner, tried to explain OH that the extra 2 kilos were the chicken and veg . LOL, he believed in me:)

I'm so angry:eek::eek::eek:. Ordered my upgrade phone last Wed, they tried to deliver it on Friday but receptionist at OH's workplace refused to take it (long story). So called orange to sort it out,they redirected it to my workplace, talked to them about 5 times over the weekend to make sure they had the correct address. It supposed to come today, and when I tracked it at 11 online, it said it was already delivered. But not here. Called orange, they said I needed to fax a letter to them about not getting the phone (I have no option to fax, so argued and argued, they said to write a letter-i only wanted them to call courier company to check where they delivered it). So I called delivery company, got through after about half an hour, they said the phone was at Orange Warehouse:eek:. Called Orange back, guy said that the phone wasn't at the warehouse, than after putting me on hold he chased it and found it there. Anyway, he said I couldn't reordered the phone today before 5p.m as it takes time to process it in the system that it is indeed at the Warehouse (after he talked to them and confirmed it), so I should call them at 5 and they reorder it for me. Meaning phone is not coming out tomorrow either, but on Thurs or Fri when I'm not in:eek:. I asked him why I needed to call, why couldn't they just have it in the system and do it automatically- he said their system is not as advanced (but the lady before argued with me for 10 min that everyone has access to fax machine!). So I said to him that for a change they should give me a ring tonight, I'm happy to stay with them for an another 18 months but can leave as well! Sorry, rant over...

Oh kavics, what rubbish orange are!!! Mind you I had a very similar problem with 02, saying they'd delivered it then finding it in the delivery van etc etc.

I don't blame you for wanting them to ring you it is frustrating being on hold all the time.

I hope it goes ok with them tonight.

I calmed down now. I need to concentrate on other things, won't give them the pleasure to upset me even more.

Today has passed so quickly, 3 more hours and I'm off home. Can't wait:). Paid most of my bills but Next doesn't let me to pay the outstanding amount of £5.95, I need to call them tomorrow.

Morning Diary,
Another busy day, assignment still not finished and it's due to be posted today before 5. So lunchtime will be spent in front of computer proof reading and changing the last bits and bobs. Money wise I have nearly no money, forgot that my mobile bill goes out on the 19th, so right now I have about 60 pounds left, need to pay Next and still 10 days till pay day. Hmmm...

OH is at home today,it's his day off, good for him. I'm quite jealous:). Right, better go, I need every minute today.
