Here we go again, an another glorious day.

I earned £90 on quidco yesterday, only half of it counts as my make a £10 a day as OH claims the other half:rolleyes:. Also bought a mobile phone on tesco, so that's an extra 1000 tesco points-should be able to resell it afterwards (and forgot to use quidco ).

    Things to do today:
    [STRIKE]~pay other half of tax[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]~do washing[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]~hoover[/STRIKE]
    ~[STRIKE]assignment[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]~shopping[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]~cooking[/STRIKE]
    ~[STRIKE]apply for tesco credit card[/STRIKE]
~print out papers and post them to parents, developer
    ~do quidco clickies
    ~[STRIKE]put Xmas staff on Ebay[/STRIKE]
    ~[STRIKE]move money on bank account[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]~push little brother to give me his bank account details so I can sign up for BB and Ladbroke-sharing the profit of course[/STRIKE]
~find small pillowcases on the internet and order them
    [STRIKE]~call sister and little brother[/STRIKE]
    ~[STRIKE]check flights for brother's wedding[/STRIKE]
    ~cut out Xmas cards

Should last till the end of the day:o.

    Hi Missy,
I'm failing! Haven't even finished yesterday list and today one is even longer. Ebay will wait till OH arrives but I must tackle the rest right now!

Meanwhile won £20 for OH on Ladbroke, he is £46 richer this month already.

    Morning Diary,

No gym today, I don't deserve it :o. Assignment still not finished and I'm stuck at the moment, but deadline is Monday so really really need to get over it.

On the other side the phone I ordered from Tesco's should arrive today, I already ordered an another one and tomorrow one more. I know I will sell them for less on Ebay but the 1000points extra for each will cover the flight for my brother's wedding for me and OH. I already have appr. 500 airmiles after booking an another ticket seeing my family in March, so I need an another 2500 ASAP. That would mean ordering and selling 5 mobile phones? Even if it's a loss of £10 each would mean that for £50 we bought tickets for both of us (currently it would be £200). We shall see.

I'm babysitting today,so that should see me £40 extra hopefully. OH is at work, should be with me by 3ish. I have 3 viewings of the investment flat today, my brother is showing them around, all 3 are promising,I hope one of them will take it. Current tenant is staying till end of January or first week of February and I want a smooth changeover, I am really worried about the mortgage payment, we have a month backup but afterwards it will affect our savings. OH is calm as ever, he is not bothered just leaves everything to me :o.

Right, I shall go back to my assignment...

    Morning Diary,

Assignment finally finished and sent:j. Have an other one due on the 20st but that should be easier, lots of reading today.

Moneysaving wise not a good weekend, spent £48 in Tesco's, I just can't go shopping with OH. We now have 10 chopped tomatoes, and 6 baked beans in the cupboard, plus endless supply of pasta and rice, we can eat for a month without going to the supermarket.

Ordered alltogether 4 phones from tesco's, let's just hope they all arrive and I get the clubcard points. I'll be stuck at work waiting for delivery today and tomorrow.

Nothing else to report of, MSE hat is on this week:).

Have a really bad headache, i guess all the stress after the assignment.

    Things to do today:
[STRIKE]~email tenant about moving out date[/STRIKE]
~[STRIKE]email new tenants about moving in date[/STRIKE] (YES! A young couple taking the flat unfurnished!)
~[STRIKE]email contract to little bro so he can print it out[/STRIKE]
    ~[STRIKE]cheque online banking[/STRIKE]
    ~[STRIKE]start studying towards next assignment[/STRIKE]
    ~[STRIKE]buy bread[/STRIKE]
    ~[STRIKE]wait for phones[/STRIKE] Arrived!
    ~[STRIKE]post office[/STRIKE]
    ~[STRIKE]load washing machine at home[/STRIKE]

Not much but with the headache and work,it's enough.

bless you hun I hope you feel better soon, and I so know what you mean with spending a fortune shopping with OH, he is now banned from going to tesco!!

And we have the same problems with tennants one of OH's houses is sitting empty and has been for months, affording the mortgages is crippling, but it should start to pick up soon.

    Dear Diary,

I sold one phone on ebay with a loss of appr. £8 including fees as well. Not bad, I need to sell 4 of them to get 2 tickets, so we shall see.

    Today's list:
[STRIKE]~wait for phone[/STRIKE]Arrived and listed on ebay
    [STRIKE]~post one phone[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]~post birthday present to Goddaughter nr1[/STRIKE]
    ~study next topic
    [STRIKE]~answer tenants emails[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]~buy yoghurt[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]~return broken Xmas present[/STRIKE]got an exchange as didn't have receipt
    ~gym
    [STRIKE]~look into more tesco deals[/STRIKE]
    ~call orange about upgrade
    ~list xmas presents on ebay
~sign up little brother's account for free scratchies
    [STRIKE]~online banking[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]~withdraw money from paypal[/STRIKE]

Not long, but I'm sure I will add more during the day.

Money saving wise, the £50 I won on my brother's account at BB arrived (although they don't let me to log in anymore), so that's £40 profit. Plus £22 should arrive from ladbrokes. But I needed to put £32 on his account as he was in overdraft,so it's only £40 profit for me alltogether. Not bad for 10 min work.

    Ok, here we go again.

Feeling a bit down, emotionally, not because of money issues but because of OH. He doesn't get enough attention with me studying all the time and although he does not complain, I can sense something is wrong. I love him to bits, but I guess I need to show it more.

Went to the gym yesterday, spinning class was crap. Regular teacher didn't turn up,so had someone else doing it but he was nowhere as good as M. Also feeling that I'm just gaining weight rather than losing it, I don't have any discipline food wise, I really really need to get rid of 7lb by the end of this month.

Sold an another phone on ebay, 3 more to go. People are watching it,so let's hope it will sell withing a couple of days.

I just checked my online account, and there was a cheque of £1 going out from my account, I can't remember writing any cheque so must check it at home tonight. I don't have a list for today, just feeling too low to do anything.
