hate to say that i had an email from BB saying they were changing their rules due to people taking advantage of the joining bonus (ummm think that would be us MSE'ers.)
Hope you get your money out but i would proceed with caution.

The problem is that I haven't received any email from them-so it's all blank why I couldn't withdraw. To be honest with you it's their fault, they should have not advertise such a big promo, of course everyone would like to take advantage of it. I'm not really bothered anymore, I've already won more than £100 so it was worth it but will close my account with them soon.

Hope everyone had a good NYE, mine was very quiet watching movies-we nearly missed midnight! Had a glass of alcohol, so feeling very well today. Off to the gym soon (diet and exercise starts from today), and seriously need to write my assignment for OU, deadline is end of next week! That's it really for today, we might go for a walk in the afternoon, will just take it easy.
  • This may sound little silly, but what's BB?! :o

Glad you had a good evening, good luck with the diet and exercise- I start today as well! I want to feel lovely and fit again (we shall see how that goes! :rotfl:) Is it a long assignment you have to write?

BB is Bingo Britain. You sign up,they match your deposit, also give you £5 bonus to play everyday for 30 days. But they changed the terms and conditions and now you can't withdraw your money every day, just every 3 days meaning that you potentially lose £10 bonus to play. It's easy, but not all of us got an email from them so it's confusing.I should be able to withdraw tonight-will let you know. I've been playing for about 2.5weeks now and got appr. £100 out of it. If you want, I can send you an invite, just pm me your email.

Gym was busy, couldn't believe it. But it's good to be back, tomorrow off for aerobics :rotfl:.
Assignment should be 2000words long but it's all complicated linking how children learn with approaches and theories to a dvd clip and provision and welfare. I've written so far appr. 5000 words, and still missing second part of it-I guess tomorrow I will just delete most of it :).

I haven't spent any money yet today-so glad, although OH wants me to buy some bike parts online later on-we both commute by bike, he does the maintaining, I have no clue. He says it will cost me appr. £60, ouch:eek:.

Ok, BB is off the list, it's just too complicated now. Will try to close account and withdraw rest of the money.

Went to the gym today, than for a walk next to the river with OH, now having nice cup of tea and try to warm up. I need to look into earning more money somehow, def. want to get the loan paid back as soon as possible.

Need to take pictures of ebay items as well, I hope I can sell the tent, the gift set (got it from boss but I'm allergic of one of the ingredients) and some clothes as well. Studying doesn't go very well, will try again tomorrow:).

    Hi :hello:

I have seen you post on Marias thread so thought i would pop in and say hello.

I like your challenges for 2010, it is going to be a very good year for you and your OH.

BB sucks now doesn't it, i think i was lucky when i joined at the begging of Dec. Like you said, it isn't worth the hassle now and running the risk of depositing then not getting your money back.

    Good luck hunx

    Thanks Hayley,
I actually wanted to ask you where you get your "great deals" for America-we are off in September, staying probably for a week in New York, than move onto Buffalo (where OH has relatives so we're staying with them). We have to figure this trip out first, there is so much I want to see. Thinking about somehow getting into Tesco loopholes to get enough airmiles for the tickets, but I guess it might be a hassle, ohhh I'm confused.

Yesterday we ordered parts for the bike but OH made a mistake so one of them actually won't fit my bike-I need to call the company on Monday to try to cancel it before they dispatch it, or just to exchange for the right part. I got quite cross with him as he spent hours in front of laptop "doing his research",than 5 min after placing the order he realized his mistake.

Off to gym tmrw, step and aerobic class, 2 hours of pure sweat. Losing weight, here I come.

Went to the gym today, now sitting in front of laptop finishing the assignment, also moved money around on current and savings account, but will only update signiture at the end of this month. I realized I still needed to buy things on the sales, shouldn't be more than £20 though.
BAck to work tmrw, it was so nice to have a couple of days off!
