Thanks Wendz, I don't really know how I feel about it yet. We tried for such a long time (3-4yrs) but put it on hold in October. It's kind of a shock but I know we are both ready for it.

Not a good today at all, have really bad stomach cramps and feeling sick. At work though, but want to go home, energy level is 0.

I need to call BT as they charged me twice for this month just for line rental, but just can't face anyone on the phone. Also need to chase council tax refund, I guess I will put it on the to do list for Monday.

Once again they cut OH's overtime, to be honest I'm quite glad as I hardly saw him the last couple of months. He was doing Saturdays close to Heathrow for an aviation company, came back usually at 4ish and I left around 6.30 to do babysitting. Tomorrow will be the first Saturday in months we spend together from waking up till going to sleep. He is not feeling very good about it as he only works 4 days a week anyway, but I'm glad, I'm being selfish.

No other news, it's my brother's daughter's birthday, she is 7 today-haven't seen her since her 3rd birthday (complicated mother doesn't let us see her). I sent her a present once again wondering whether she will get it or not. At least I feel ok about it, i can tell her when she is bigger that we all care for her even though we can't see her.

Ok,better get on with life, I need to work...

Ok, I'm back. Started to bleed on Saturday losing this pregnancy as well.

I'm ok now, had a couple of sad days but I guess life goes on.

Big news: :TAS OF TODAY I'M DEBT FREE:T
(not literally, my credit card is in use but pay it off full at the end of the month). I'm not overly happy, it hasn't sunken it yet but I'm sure it will. I touched my NY savings and normal savings but I will put these back once my February salary arrives, I just thought whatever happens to me I don't want my OH to deal with my debt, it's better like this.

Other than that I have 2 babysitting booked for this weekend, and my helmet broke yesterday so the money will go directly to fund that. I need to turn my tesco vouchers into airmiles, and I need to call BT why they charged me twice this month.

OH's mum had a mild stroke 2 days ok, she is ok, got taken into hospital within 20 min so got the antidose, she should be fine in a couple of days. He is worried sick and I think he wants to fly back home which is fine with me, if he wants he can go. He hasn't mentioned it yet, I think he is still thinking about it. My OH is that kind of men who need a couple of days silence to decide what is the best.

So the plan is now to tackle our deposit saving, at the moment I have £7200 on ISA, £3500 on regular saving account and £200 on an internet saving account. OH has £3600 on ISA, £3500 on regular saving account and I think £200 on internet saver, so alltogether we have £18.200. The flat we are going to buy cost £72.000, it's a new built from developer and we will try to pay it off without taking a mortgage. Developer will start building it over the summer, and it's ready by next summer, so we have to save £53.000 within 18 months:eek::eek:.

Congrats on being debt free. Sorry to hear about the pregnancy.

Wow £53,000 in 18 months that is going to be tricky. Do you reckon you could do it?
