Babysitting booked for Friday, so that should give me at least £57 for Friday and Sat evening. Not bad for a Monday start!

    Hi Wendz,

We are not going on holiday anymore :(. I mean we are,but not to NY, we postponed it because of the house, so no need to save £2.000 for that. We're off to Spain in June for a week, all booked, also flying on short breaks in March and April but I don't count them as holidays, they are more like family visits. I will use my airmiles for my brother's wedding in July but we're only flying out on Friday coming back on Sunday, not long.

Anyway, Tuesday morning, just won £5 on scratchies :). We had a look at a couple of more houses last night, and there are really 2 which can be a contester. We are seeing 4 this week, also try to talk to a financial adviser.

I need to tackle my OU assignment as well, yes,yes 3rd one is due in 2 weeks time. I started last night but this one is far more difficult than the first two and I really struggled with those as well.

    To do list for today:

    ~call BT :).

    I can't remember anything else...

Still haven't called BT, better do it today. We're viewing one flat today at 11, and one at 6.30, though I'm not excited, I want to see the flat on Saturday.

Money wise I have no idea what is happening, but I seem to not have any money:(. Just had a look at my bank account, I have £86 on it. I should get £91 from the council and need to pay in appr. £50 babysitting money, plus OH needs to send me more than £100 for his helmet and plane tickets for his parents but that goes straight towards credit card. I just want to survive February and will be alright, thanks god it's nearly the end of February. Not quite :).

Ok,better get going, have lots to do at work today.

Had a look at the property, it was awful! but it's a good price, you can do the work gradually (plumbing is the most important). I don't like the area, they're building a new secondary school opposite. Well, we see tonight.

Went to see an another flat yesterday evening, I fall in love with it straight away :(.It's a Victorian conversion upstairs flat, one bedroom at the moment but can easily convert the loft making it a 3 bed later on. It needs cosmetic works, new kitchen and bathroom but not straight away.Location is good, on a quiet road, but OH is not convinced. We might end up not buying anything at the moment, just try to save up more money:(.We'll see.

I have to go to the post office today to post a phone, plus i'm having ofsted inspection next wednesday so need to send them a letter as well. Need to buy bread and fish for OH, and need to get a book from library. Busy morning ahead of me, better get going.
