sally, that's awful  I'm sure your mum will be understanding but if you're anything like me you'll feel worse that it's family that you owe money to!

That's :mad::mad: news Sal..... Maybe it will force OH to get off his backside and get on with getting the money together to sort the bike out and get it sold.

Well he is very very annoyed as he said he certainly wasn't overtaking. In fact the witnesses report is slightly contradictory. She says he was overtaking the traffic which was at a standstill (not sure whether this was because it was busy or whether it was to let the van out that hit OH) and this is also what van driver says. But then there is a bit which says what could have been done to avoid accident where she states van driver should have seen OH and another bit where it states who was at fault for accident and she states that it was the van drivers fault and he should have seen OH. He needs to speak to his solicitors and he said he's got nothing to loose if he still takes them to court but I can't see him winning anything.

I just can't see any end to all this crap at the moment
