Sally...just popping in. Haven't forgotten the scan to send you just not got round to sorting out the scanner.
Just read your SOA ...a bit late perhaps now...but I remember a while ago you saying that you weren't entitled to income based JSA because your wage was too high....are you sure or have I missed something. Do they include CTC and WTC ...although thinking about it if you get income based JSA will they just take it off your CTC and WTC payments.!!!!
The benefits system is so stuffed up. I would also renegotiate with the council and CTC people to say that you actually can't afford to pay them back their overpayments at the minute....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

income based JSA sammy is based on what the law states you need to live on which Is about £100 a week from memory. As I earn approx £430 a month I earn too much. So in fact now OH doesn't get JSA the CTC/WTC went up by a mahooosive £90 a month (compared to the £250 odd he was getting on JSA) and then the lovely housing benefits people said well you get more WTC/CTC now so they took £80 a month off. So in effect we are down £240 a month
Ive paid the Council tax overpayment back as that will have gone out in Jan, Feb and March. The housing benefit overpayment they can swing for...sorry but they are forcing me to live on nothing and while I could go without, I refuse to let B have to eat nothingI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. Thanks Shoe Gal...
things just seem to get worse at the moment. OH got a letter from insurance to say an independant witness has said he was at fault for his Motorbike accident and they dont think its worth going to court...so that means he won't get the £2000 he is waiting for and I can't pay my mum back. !!!!!! when will it all endI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
