Well think it went ok, the children are lovely and aimee is just a sweetie. Her and B will get on like a house on fire! Will no doubt here via the ex wife what they thought of me!

evening diary....Having a meh evening, really miss R, stupid as I only saw him yesterday but find it really hard being apart

Family meal at lunchtime today which was nice and B has been occupied by the cousins for the majority of the day so I shouldn't complain!

As much as I love my sister and I never get to see her, im finding having her in the house 24/7 really hard work and she's only been here 2 days...5 to go!

RIGHT need to shake myself out of the self pity and get my !!!! in gear. Nice long run in the morning, can't wait!

Sally stick in there it will be ok. Just try to enjoy the time with your sister. It will be good to get out for a run tomorrow and will give you both some space. Glad B has had a busy and good day.

EM you are right and I certainly will be making the most of her being here until Thursday
Was woken up by B playing I hear Thunder on the piano at 6am this morning! Oh well I wanted to get up and do a long run anyway. So have had breakfast and waiting for it to digest before I set off for a nice long run

R is coming over today at 1:30 and I can't wait to see him. We were supposed to be going to Durdle Door but its forecast to rain hard this afternoon so not sure what the hell we will end up doing!

Monday morning Pah....its always a mad rush and Im never quite prepared for the new week!
Had a lovely day yesterday, nice 10 mile run in the morning and a speedy 9:39 pace which for me over that distance is amazing. Th afternoon was spent with R, B and my sister. We ended up going to durdle door and although it wasn't overly sunny it was beautiful, B and my sister went off splashing in the water and we got to walk along the beach. First time that R and I have been affectionate in front of B and she didn't even bat an eyelid, no comments or anything! My sister said she liked him, bit quiet (but then im not suprised, knowing she had all these expectations of him!)

Wow that's a brilliant run! So glad things have gone so well with meeting R's kids and him meeting your sister

Its only the children to meet each other, which they are all looking forward to and then he needs to meet my mum which will probably be next sunday. The next big hurdle is telling ex that I am seeing someone, which I need to do sooner rather than later as R is now staying over in the house and he is spending a lot of time with B and I.

Must go to the allotment this afternoon, its taken a bit of a back seat at the moment...
