Ok, your MalwareBytes scan found some more stuff - it deleted some, but there were some on hold pending a reboot - you need to do this, and then I would run the quick scan again to be sure.

The HijackThis log looks pretty clear.

Given the amount of nasties you have found, I am sure a good suggestion would be to run Combofix, which is quite seeking - but not something I use much. If you want to give it a go, just search the forum here.

Just another quick point - looking at some of the things MalwareBytes found, if you have used any online banking/shopping on that PC recently, I would be looking at changing your passwords asap.
