:T:T:T Good for you! There is nothing like retail therapy at bargain prices.
Problem is, I could quite get used to it :rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

I read somewhere long ago that lots of women seem to have a new hairdo to coincide with the end of a relationship, probably something about reinventing themselves and trying to find a new identity. Hairdo or not, I think you are doing remarkably well under the circumstances, not so much baby steps as ruddy great giant leaps at times! Hypno I'm glad you have been able to treat DD to the dress she wanted as I know that her pleasure will also have a knock on effect on you too plus new jackets for you too, well deserved. Shoes next?
As for baby steps I think you are doing much more than baby steps as its really early days and you have achieved so much, I have to confess that I might still be begging him back and embarrassing myself so well done you for having such dignity.
Plus OH giving you half to the dress to, good parenting.0 -
