Stuff has been put in the loft.......and I was horrified at the amount up there that also needs the decluttering treatment
6 things now listed on Amazon.......and a couple of videos (we no longer have a VHS player), 3 DVDs that only sell for 1p on Amazon, and 9 paperback books all put in the charity bag, ready to be dropped off one morning this week on my way to work. (said charity shop is close to the office)

Congratulations on getting sub-£19k :j
Not really wanting to take money away from charity shops, but with the Virgin scratchy not providing the profit it once did, you need an alternative... so you can sell your DVDs on "music m@gpie" - along with that large box of CDs you put in the garage last year - rememberyou told us about it months ago :rotfl::D

ah, now we have an issue with the CDs - everything was loaded on i-tunes.......but not backed up onto an external hard drive
so when my laptop got the virus, everything was lost.
Good job the CDs are still in the box in the cabin then
There are some things that really are not of any value on musicmagpie, ebay, or amazon - not even worth trying to sell at a car boot - so in the charity bag they go.......then someone ELSE can make the decision about whether they go in the bin
I am working on my car boot sale box, though, and am looking to do a couple of spring sales to see if I can get rid of some stuff before Easter, and to add to the coffers that way.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Oh I'm not knocking it, pickle - it is 10 years or more since I have been in this situation, and I am very pleased to be where we are right now
I will be even more pleased once I turn that last corner:D

To be honest, beanie, I am not sure - originally, I was on target for April/May, but then we committed to a whole load of skiing  I would like to think it will be August at the latest, but really, as long as I am debt free by my 40th in November, that will do me!
The earlier the better, of course, but I don't want to get disappointed if I miss a target I have set myself!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
