Reflexology, Hypnotherapy, Indian Head and Reiki, predominantly - dabbled in crystal healing and hot stone stuff but ditched them pretty early on.

Of course, being a stockbroker is the perfect career to run alongside all of those

Oh yeah, crystal healing...mum does that as well, but I can't keep up with the list! ;)

I wouldn't worry: it's probably your 'softer' side of you coming out. So long as you don't start gesticulating wildly and shouting 'buy, buy buy' and 'sell, sell, sell' during a treatment, there's no reason why you can't do both. (Just don't let that ponce who thought that Lucinda was a bit wet behind the ears on The Apprentice know! ;))

If it's anything like the DVD I got when I did my hot stone course it should be sold as comedy. You could hear buses going by in the background and the therapist was using stripy tea towels....very amusing! Hot stones is one of the most popular treatments I do which is great as it's not hard on my hands.

I love the warning messages. My children were given mugs that you write on for Christmas. On the box it says 'Mugs not suitable for drinking out of':confused:xx

Mine is a Helen McGuinnes dvd, but I confess to never having watched it!

Good evening all, I'm liking the "therapy room" vibe this evening!
I didn't know you were a therapist too Hypno?! Could that not provide extra £££'s (in all those 15 minutes you have spare )
And your Mum sounds divine Pickle :A

I still see occasional clients, macgirl......it is a nice profitable hobby now, and still forms the basis of the odd bits of teaching I do, rather than the full on career in it that I originally was aiming for. I had a couple of years of doing it full time, before the lure of the stockmarket and a proper wage became too much for me to resist again :o
