Currently they're supposed to be more efficient than doing bits and pieces of handwashing dishes, not sure where I read it though. One of the main advantages is no dirty pots on the side waiting to be washed, they just get put in the dishwasher ready for the next run when it's full.

Hi se, thanks - I remember reading that somewhere too. My sister's conked out recently, and she just bought the cheapest Indesit one, and even that has a green setting. I'm sold!

I have decided to spend £5 of my £20 today - I am going to do my yoga again but the "lessons" that I used to do at home are on an old VHS, and I have never found another one as good - I have several yoga DVDs but I hanker after my original and the best!

So, I have discovered that Tesco.com do it for £5 with free delivery - if I can't get it in store this afternoon when I do my top up shop, I will order it online and should have it by mid week.

I have found that I am not using the laptop much after about 9pm, and there is not too much on the telly at that time, so that will become my yogic wind down before bed time.

Should fit in well with the whole declutter, refresh, me-time stuff that I am doing - quite holistic, and I am looking forward to it. I hope they have it in store, but if not, I won't have to wait long, and it won't cost me too much either.

A brill idea on the yoga front Hypno, that's reminded me I brought a yoga book out with me and haven't even opened it whilst here Thanks for the reminder, I'll put it out on the side ready to start in the week.

It is Barbara Currie "The Power of Yoga"......is years old, but in my opinion is the best one she has done.....she is a very good teacher, in my experience. I have other DVDs by her, but The Power of Yoga is the one that is best laid out in my opinion, and is easiest to work through logically.

Sometimes it's the first way you go into something always seems to be the natural one. I got into yoga when at school, there used to be a slot every weekday just after getting home from school, it was Richard Hittleman. I searched on Amazon & it's his 28 day yoga exercise plan I've brought out with me. Just need to stick with it for 28 days, and then I should be properly back into the routine.

I don't know why they don't do something like that on tv again now, perhaps they don't think it's gimicky enough, they tend to be more into crash diet & one off exercise splurges now.
