Absolutely.... Hypno, you know about the whole thing of feeling worse when we start to catch up on our sleep, don't you? Just got to go through it, and not go back to sleep debt ... of course, I should take note of that myself, I love pottering about late at night but most of my energy is in the morning. Drat!

Anyway, I hope today's valuation brings the news you want - and I too would expect that you can get a verbal result at the time.

The valuer has just called to say he will be about half an hour, so time for another coffee I think.

Have just spent a very frustrating half hour on the phone to T-mobile......why is it that the simplest thing has to become so bloomin complicated? I do wonder whether these people have any element of common sense running through them at all.......

I also have to spend another frustraing amount of time on the phone to TalkTalk - I have a letter from them saying "you don't appear to have a direct debit in place and if you pay late you will be charged accordingly"....durr......I am with BT and have been for the last year and a half, of course I don't have a direct debit set up with talk talk.

Oh where oh where is the roll eyes smiley when you need him!

One of those days.....obviously! Woe betide the poor bank clerk in my mystery shop if they don't do things perfectly :rotfl:

Oo'er - I don't think I'd want to be on the receiving end of that! I must start looking at mystery shops again - I've had a few offers, by phone and email, weirdly enough - never used to get that, people round here must have given up.

    Enjoy the coffee. :j

.it is one of the things I have promised myself once I am fully cleared and decluttered - that I can have a few beautiful things, rather than lots of cheaper "alright" things.

I agree with you with this completely Hypno. I'm trying to do that with clothes atm, I'm buying less but nicer, better quality and more flattering things that I enjoy wearing. I tend to change size a bit quite frequently and a couple of years ago had lots of things I couldn't wear anymore and it was just such a waste.

Hope your day is going well.

Definitely. I try to live by the William Morris quote: "Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful."

If you can endure just half an hour watching Jeremy Kyle you will be soo happy.

Your life will be wonderful in comparison if only because you have clean hair and more than three teeth!! If you have white teeth......woow...you really will feel like the queen bee!!!!

The visit was fine -the children obviously enjoyed going and are planning on going again at the weekend. It'll all be ok as far as they are concerned.

The valuer is due between 8am and 11am....fingers crossed!

That's good news, it is one less thing for you to have to worry about. On the plus side, their time spent with Dad means quality "me" time for you. :A

I'll pop back later to check on progress regarding the valuation. Hope they can give you some indication. Have a good day x
