Are DD & DS going to Norway together, it's just that's when it would really hit me if it was me.
Just wondered if it was putting together a 'me, me, me, plan' for when they're away?
Normally you won't have spare time to check things out with 'mum's taxi' etc, but this is an opportunity to try things out on intro offers ( like one week free gym intro's),lots of things like that that allow you to pop to observe your first session, or even splash out some tesco vouchers for meals with friends. If you want to try to continue the weight loss, I think lots of the sessions have freebie first sessions. Local colleges do cheap trainee sesions for the beauticians courses, and lots of the places like champney's seem to be feeling the recession and doing mega reductions.
It might sound morbid, but currently I travel a lot with hubby's work, boys are semi-independent, but they already know I've said that if anything happens to OH, once things are sorted, I'll be having a gap year backpacking refinding my indepence, and making sure that my sons retain theirs (one working & one post-grad).0 -
Hypno (and everyone else), I've just seen that there's a new Qype promotion, open to all ninjas. If you write 28 reviews in February, you will get a £25 voucher for a chain of 'spa's, which apparently are nationwide. Could be a good chance for a bit of 'me, me, me' pampering.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620
