macgirl, have a look on dooyoo and read about baach rescue rememdy night, theres a lady on there with a v young child that had trouble sleeping, it was more of a placebo effect she thinks but worked like a treat. may be worth researching. x

Thanks Pania, I have some of that so might give it a try. She won't drink milk, so that's out, so I gave her warm Rice Pudding tonight, which seemed to help!

When I had a period of not being able to sleep I had these detox patches I put on my feet - they were very dirty in the morning (in a cleanse type way and not rude ) but they made me sleep really really well.

Ok, I'm off now, will shut the door behind me......

Happy New Year everyone, we have just got back from our hols. I did manage to keep up with the thread but out internet connection was terrible and I gkept getting kicked out so didn't do any "chatting".

You sound really worn out Hypno, just bear in mind how much you do and how far you have come and try to stop focussing on what you feel you haven't done or could do better.

Lecture over, and the big question is in Buffy, is it Spike or Angel that does it for you? Todays important and Hot Topic!
