I really hope you get some sleep tonight. what did you do after you took the nytol? you might be better having it just before you go to bed, it will have a better chance to work if you dont really do much after taking it.DFW NERD NO.656 DEBT FREE 24TH NOVEMBER 2010 TOTAL DEBT AUGUST 2007 £39000MFiT T2 NO.56 WE OWN [STRIKE]25%[/STRIKE] 31.5% OF OUR HOUSE SO FAR!0

I took nytol about half an hour before I went to bed.......I was tired, so went to bed about 9ish, and just read a few pages of a trashy novel as I always do.......turned out the light, and that was it. Couldn't sleep. I tried reading again, but no good - eventually I got up, made a hot drink and stayed up for a while before finally getting to sleep some time after 2.
*sigh*
I keep yawning, and am really tired - but then I was really tired yesterday and it still didn't make any difference!
I have got lots going on at the moment, so perhaps it is not surprising that I am not sleeping too well, as I am very much a "thinker" and find it difficult to switch off at the best of times, but it is getting to the point where it is no longer manageable, IYSWIM!

Hyno I'm sorry you've got lots going on at the moment, I hope you get things sorted soon.
I was thinking I know things are tight but the next 'free' money you get in would you consider spending it on yourself rather than the debt and pay for aromatherapy, hypnosis, massage, reiki or something similar to try and help rest you a little and to try to continue the theme of looking after you first and foremost?
Take care0 -

Parents evening was fine - DD is a model student, and has obviously inherited her Mum's brains  so no worries there. She has had a good day - acceptance at a good 6th form, and praises at parents evening, so she is one happy bunnySuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. I've not tried sleep tea recently - I did try it once before and thought it tasted awful, but then I am not a great fan of herbal teas......they taste nothing like chocolate or coffee you seeSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground.
