Not bad. Perhaps for the more mature lady (no offence intended!).

    I'm not even 30 yet.

  • Hi, I suffer from insomnia frequently and I have found having my shower or bath just before going bed really helps. Sorry Hypno you have alot on your mind - I know that feeling so well! Bet when it is time to get up you could just wrap the duvet around you and stay in bed to sleep! Take care of yourself. I have been following your diary with interest and see you have done so well in your journey to be debt free, I am sure you have inspired alot of people on here! Well done, best wishes for the future and to everyone else who is striving to become debt free - the bloomin banks are rich enough eh? Hope you get some sleep tonight. LMSM

I've never watched Buffy either - once dh gets his hands on remote - tends to be documentary after documentary - hence why I'm usually trawling t'internet somewhere!!

Hypno did you sleep better after your running - could it be you are need to be physically tired and not just mentally worn out. I don't mean that to sound like you are lazy in any way at all - the things you achieve you are anything but!! - but you used to do a LOT of physical activity and the cluttering and debt busting is more of a mentally challenging activity - if you see where I'm coming from.

Do you know of any aromatherapy candles that are any good. I want to treat dd to a relaxing one and or healing one - she is into this kind of thing in a big way. I bought her a revigorating one for Christmas - it was sourced from all natural ingredients and she was thrilled with it - but it cost best part of £40 from Selfridges think it was made by a company called something like NEOM - I'd like something similar at a smaller price - any ideas.

Do you know, I can't remember if I slept better - probably sometimes but not others.....I can't believe that I would have been sleeping well for the whole 6 months that I was running......I am sure there are plenty of "non sleeping" posts on my diary from that time!

I am going to run a hot bath and then head to bed and see what this evening brings

As for candles, I would aim for anything with lavender in - you can't beat it for relaxing, and if you find one that is "lavender and....." then you know it will be slightly less old ladyish! I used to think of lavender as something my nan would have in a drawer to keep the linen smelling fresh, but it really is a good relaxation aid, so I give it new respect!

    Sleep well guys.

*Hugs Fresian* I'm 29. ;) He's cute, but it would be a bit like sleeping with my dad. (Not that there aren't older men that I find attractive, but he's a kind of 'dad' figure to Buffy so I can't look at him that way. Pierce Brosnan circa Goldeneye, however *Pickles knees buckle from under her*.)
