I hope you get a good nights sleep Hypno, when I used to have trouble sleeping I would ocasionally take a piriton before bed. They would always knock me out within half an hour!

Good idea, lunar - I have done that before but not thought of it recently. I will try the nytol tonight and if that doesn't work, the piriton will make an appearance tomorrow!

My 5 year old has real problems getting to sleep. Her mind is too active and she's often still awake after 9pm, then can't get up on a morning.
I try to do a bit of meditation with her, making her pretend she's on a beach and paint the picture, the Sun on her face, the sound of the sea etc....

Then just at the point she slips into sleep, she sits bolt upright, opens her eyes and says "Mum! Can I just tell you something!"

You need to watch a bit of Celebrity BB Hypno, that'll make you nod off! :p
