It gave the option to upgrade in Haven on the Sun paperwork so they must be doing it - hope so anyway.

I accidently went to book the incorect place on the website it took me to the page to fill in my details, i tried goiung back and that didnt work so closed down IE ,went back and put in codes etc and now i cant log in, it seems like its blocked me, tried in in IE and firexfox.

Anyway of getting back in ?

I think ,having spoken to other people that you could only do it at the time of booking

no way of upgrading after ,like you usually can

This happened to me last year, as long as you havent confirmed payment or anything you have to close the browser and just wait a couple of hours for it to reset itself IYKWIM, then you should be able to log in and do it again. Or use another computer. HTH

Try clearing out your cookies, websites use these to monitor your visit to their site, these might be stopping you from logging in again as the cookies in your temp IE folder say your already booked?

In IE it's inside 'Delete browsing history' from the 'Tools' drop down menu

is there any way you can amend a booking when you receive it, got a major issue now - one of out party is haveing a knee replacement and cant go in july, the date we have asked for. Do you think we can change it to june?????

wouldn't have thought so through the sun- but might be worth giving the park a ring-some of them are quite helpful
