We're going in April & haven't had confirmation yet-when it comes will it say what type of room we've got. It looks like there are rooms and apartments. We've paid for half board but would love an apartment so kids aren't in our room. Any help would be great. £22 is a bargain

mine only came this morning so must be working throught them in date order, yes mine just said 1 bedroom standard appartment plus sofa bed on it so upgraded to silver so we can have the 2 bedrooms. There are 2 hotels aswell so you may have a room in one of those, but am sure you can easily change to an appartment

So looks like the confirmations are rolling out now for those that got booked online that first night, as it's two weeks since the online booking opened.

The original priority form said to phone if you hadn't heard from your park within 2 weeks....Which is today for me ( well last night to be precise :p)

    But according to this

I now gotta wait another 3 weeks on my confirmation :(. Even though I'm not off to the Vendee till the end of June I'd still like to hear from my park asap.

I had email problems 2 weeks ago (mailbox was full and wasn't accepting new mail) and although I got a printed off booking confirmation, at the time. I never got a confirmation email from The SUN or for the online card payment, emailed asking them to resend it 3 or 4 times but they never did..I'm sure it will still be fine  just wish my park would email me TODAY

We're going to the Vendee too. Which park are you going to? (If you don't mind me asking!)

It should be a mobile home unless you booked / clicked on tent

don't panic :) just ring the site up or email direct and ask ! they should have all your info already and be able to see what you have booked

the tents look fab though! we looked round one when onsite the other year
they are big & have proper rooms and well equipped
not like a little tent you put up yourself lol!

we have always stayed in mobile homes, but when we go to Lake Garda this year we are staying in a tent, our boys are dying to lol

I was thinking of phoning the site (with my dodgy schoolgirl French) but would they know whether it was a mobile home or a tent, if the booking was with a third party operator like Keycamp or Eurowhatsits?

    has anyone booked Haven ?
saw this posted on another forum ....

".... Has anyone recieved their confirmation through and tried to ring their park (HAVEN) to upgrade their caravan?
I tried this yesterday as we always upgrade to a van with heating otherwise it can be SO COLD (going early April) and they informed me that they are not allowing upgrades to better vans this year. I am gutted!! "
