Oh by the way.
The original problem with the Ps3 was that it was not reading the disc,i did google this and there seemed to be hundreds of people getting the same issue.
The Ps3 was out of warranty,it came from Zavvi that is now defunct,and i paid cash.
It was worth a phone call and £16.00.

Cheers, by the way, which number did you ring. Just got the YLOD on mine. Bought mine online from HMV, so I have contacted them first, but just in case.
