Don't beat yourself up too much SG - I think this chill is putting everyone in hibernation mode which includes eating more to keep warm!

Glad to see that nails are essential :D and well done on being so close to paying off the Barclaycard!!

Goddess type things are on my to do list tonight too...glass of vino and the night is mine!

Woohoo on being able to blitz the last bit of that card- and in January! Don't worry about the weight and exercise- Rome wasn't built in a day. Loop trying. I put on 4lb over the hols. VERY BAD. But i knew what i was doing and i was ok with it. So now back to the grind. All this shovelling snow has got to be of benefit!

Hey SG, Bibbitybob is right, this weather is horrendous and unusual so we're all just muddling through it. What you going to do about exercise? Think I might start using one of my DVD's inn the house though for me weight loss is not a priority this month. Will deal with my extra half stone in the warmer weather ready for my holiday. Have a good and productive day lady XXX

    Thanks Souk

Exercise - I have a couple of DVD's so I need to find some motivation and dig them out! I have decided not to rejoin the gym at the moment - I would need to sign up for a year and my low motivation doesn't justify it :o This week's goal is 2 x DVD sessisons - have a really busy week at work so no point in setting a higher target and then failing

2 sessions would be a really good start Shoe Gal.
I too am really lacking in motivation at the moment. And I am not losing any weight with these tablets, although to be fair they're probably stopping me putting any on as I can't remember the last time I eaten fruit/veg. Everything has been really fatty, including 10 mr kipling vienesse whirls on friday night and then yesterday a sausage and egg bun AND a large sausage roll...and that was just breakfast!

I NEED to do something, would love to lose 1.5 stone by my holiday in March. And it's doable if I can find some kind of motivation.

That sounds like a realistic target. Mind if I join you with that one? Which DVDs do you do?

I have Nel McAndrew but it makes me sweat just doing the intro. No wonder she looks like that/runs marathons. I've also got Joanna Hall which is much more relaistic!
