If you were closer I could lend you my exercise bike, was about £70 from amazon 2 years ago, its a fold away one but after a couple weeks I really got into it esp listening to my MP3 player.
Thinking about it I should get back on it.....my excuse is not much room at Dads now, did wonders for my legs though, I have fat thighs, always have since I was a kid hate them lots!
So yeah get a cheap bike, I refuse to join a gym and exercise in front of other humans!!Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
