Didn't get to work today - couldn't even get my car out  I know some people see it as an extra day off but I will have loads of work to catch up with
Haven't done much - few domestic bits, that's all
Eating not too bad but tempting to pick stuck at home all dayCan't get my head around exercising at home - am seriously considering re-joining the gym
Put £1 in 365 account and had an 'accidental' NSD as couldn't get outSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
I'm a bit like that shoegal, but really cant justify the £50 a month when I have a cross trainer at home, I only went to the gym 4-5 times a month as it was, I know I should go more
. Definitely need to get into a regime of using the cross trainer every day, when its lighter I'll start running... its so hard to get motivated!
sorry you'll have so much work to catch up on, I never think of that, soz hun:o
I've been home since 1530 and have been a right lazy cow bag, I've done my meal plans thats about it.

Our Local Authority gym is £28 per month - can't justify a 'fancy' one!

Hey shoegal glad you managed to get to work.
am having an early night too, watching gordon ramsey though.. have a bit of a soft spot for him yum yum.0 -
Ok - kick up the wotsit time
Haven't lost any weight this week, in fact I have gained a pound, and I've done no exercise either
Had my nails done this morning so no I need to do some other 'goddess' typre things - I am a mess, and stop eating!!!!
Not too bad moneywise though - no non-essential spending (nails are essential ), have done my spending diary, coins in piggies and £1 in 365 account everyday. Want to keep things tight this month and then pay off the remaining £100 on Barclaycard at the endSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
