Bit of soul searching going on here

I have just painted my toenails and realised what a state they were in :o It has made me realise that I am letting myself go! My weight is making me miserable, I have never been so heavy, and because I look so awful I've not bothered with anything else. I always used to be a bit 'high maintenance', nails done, pedicured, fake tanned - I haven't even washed my hair today :o

It's got to stop  Somehow I need to get on track with dieting - and restart my 'high maintenance' ways. Not sure how I am going to get the motivation but I will just have to force myself to start with - and then hopefully some sucess will spur me on

Don't want to make any scary 'to do' lists - will do a daily 'done list' post :D

God I feel the same. I was SO glam overseas and I feel a tink at the minute. I have cold sores just now and am so white. I MAKE myself go OTT so that I look decent. I fight the gloom by doing matching undies, red lippy etc. Need a hair cut when I get paid and also to investigate colleges for cheap pedis etc. We need to do this to make ourselves feel good.

Well done on todays' achievements :A

Your mojo will return to you.

It's a long hard winter & I have spent far too much of it wearing trackie pants :o. I used to 'slob out' in jeans & little tops & cardies & not being able to do that anymore has made me determined to discard the lard.

I never used to think about what to wear as it all fit well & looked good, now it's just so demoralising & time consuming just going to the shop  ( trackies are indoor & alone wear only) I [STRIKE]want[/STRIKE]will have my carefree lifestyle back

Dont forget that exercise releases those endorpins which make you feel good too, so if you do some you will automatically feel better, go on do this > :j10 x I bet you smile :D

  • Make sure you look after yourself shoe gal, if you don't no one else will!

If we're all going to be debt free and frugal, we should also be putting as much energy as we are debt busting into making ourselves feel fabulous, and I'm with you in keeping those nails polished, that always makes me smile :D

I try and do at least one 'me' thing a day... even if its just putting red lipstick on for the evening ;)
