My BB money has been credited back to Barclaycard (£29.20) so am going to make a £7 payment to bring my balance down to £100 (would be fab if I could clear it by the end of Jan )

Looks like the BB loophole has been closed but I made £21 profit so nice 'free' money :D

Pretty lazy day (it's the snow ) Managed to take the Christmas decs down and tidy apartment, and do some washing but not much else!

Have eaten reasonably well though, the dieting has to start properly on Monday. I am ashamed to say that I am now actually fat, I have moved on from 'needs to lose a few pounds' :o It really is time to get serious now, no fad diets, just slow and steady healthy eating

On the plus side, the last 2 days have been NSD's and I have moved money into my 365 account :D

    Hey Shoe Gal,

That's a great list of positives for 2009 & you should be proud of them :D

I am right next to you on the slow & steady healthy eating plan. I'm setting myself simple & easily achievable goals of just 5lb per month.

I've spent the last couple of days ensuring that all tempting & potentially fattening food is gone.

All good advice says that we didnt put on this weight in a couple of weeks, so cant expect to lose it in that time . Also it appears that slower steady weight loss is easier to keep off.

Of course, exercise is tantamount in all this.

    We will do this :D
