I think we all feel like that sometimes.
    Hopefully it will pass soon.

I suppose I have a kind of 'is this it?' feeling :( Compared to a lot of people my life is OK, I have a job I mainly like, good friends and family, enough money to live on and manage my debts, and a nice apartment to live in :) BUT - is this all there is for the next 30 years - and whay can I actually change? And I am lonely :(

  • When the ex went to a fair amount of trouble to get in touch with me a few weeks ago it really freaked me out (And led to some ridiculous fantasties about our white picket future but hey I'll save that for my therapist!!) and I felt and still feel really odd, I should just go and see him to get it all out of my system.

Any how the point of all that was to say you aren't only one who has these weird sad moments. I have thiskind of feeling I wanted it sorted but I am confused and now I am rambling!

Hugs hon, plan a girlie night and hang on in there

yep. same here. Even when I pay of my debts would it make a difference?

I tell you what tho that 101 in 1000 days thing helped me focus a bit?

    I'llfind the link.

I guess in the end we do have the choice - we can change "it" if we want to - to what I don't know, often I think the choices open to us can be overwhelming

If Im honest Im lonely sometimes too.
Ive been on my own a long time so I guess Im used to it now in the main.
But sometimes it just sweeps over me.
I think for me Im in a big rut but I dont have the physical or emotional energy to change it.
    I might delete this later.

If I am really honest I think the man I really like is at the root of it :o I feel as if I am in some kind of limbo, I don't think he feels the same :( but a part of me thinks maybe there is something there????

I totally understand how you feel, I think being lonely is one of the hardest things to admit to, and unless they have been truly lonely most people don't understand :(
