no troubles for a good friend!!

has the baby arrived already Graham?
Nooo, my friends toddler. He had a big family do tonight after the family lost 2 very close together, so spose its a celebration of their lives and also a rememberance type thing.
Might be new years eve, but you can hardly turn someone down when they have that sort of thing to go to!
Mine pops out April, or it should do.0 -

It's a boy, or at least, thats what I'm told. Apparently everyone else could see it (the manhood) on the screen in the scan room. I thought everything looked like clouds. Women seem to be able to just make shapes out far easier!0

When people say "removing the stimulus" do they mean stopping QE or withdrawing all that cash out of the market again?
I would imagine the former would stop instantly and wouldn't make a difference, but if someone said "right, now we're having that 200bn back as well" then that would obviously put us back where we started, and thus would be pointless.
Anyone? What does "removing the stimulus" mean? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Anyone? What does "removing the stimulus" mean?
IMO it would mean stopping things. Like no more scrappage scheme, no more QE, no more mortgage rescue.
If I "stop" spending on my credit card and remove it from my wallet, it doesnt mean I have paid it off. It just means I have stopped using it.
So I would imagine when people say the above, they mean stopping the investment of money.0
