It was £289k. It then dropped 60k to £219k over the period of about 8 months. It's now back up at £249k.
A meaner man might say this little insight on your maths explains a lot about your propensity for statistical struggling.

    Not me, obviously.
It's clearly a typo which wasn't corrected in your first edit!

Not started on the wine early have you Graham?

    Hadn't noticed that.

I might put "I'm thick" in my sig as a crimbo pressie to chucky. I can see how much a typo ammuses some!

come on Graham - if you did read the links and look to understand posts we wouldn't have this daily 2-3 pages of backwards and forwards trying to explain stuff.

come on chill - you're not thick or stupid, just put your foot it in it with your eagerness to reply to posts that you don't agree with out of principle. new years resolution maybe?

My new years resolution is to become an optimist. Afterall, I made £500 this morning through HPI.

Just you wait, my spin will be completely undecipherable. Therefore, I hope you thank away chucky.

(I got that long word off google, so no need to run it through a spellchecker for the beady eyed amongst you!)
