That's a pretty pants growth rate, I've got to say. Still, we are out of recession.
Wooohooo.
See you next quarter, when we will be back to the future, with negative growth.
p.s. I saved up for this post, it's my 2000 post, barely seems worth it to be honest.“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

To my mind, it's all rather akin to somebody being in their overdraft for the last 2 years and then suddenly one month, showing a credit of a tiny amount....regardless that they may be back in their overdraft within a very short period of time and not actually on the road to recovery.
Of course, if the next 2 quarters are also positive, then that will show recovery..it could just be a blip like the once in a bluemoon out of overdraft scenario. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

So let me get this straight.
This was a nats's chaff away from 0.000000000%.
Well done Gordo. We printed £200bn and this i:eek:s what we got?
Chances of this being revised down???? :eek:0 -
I'm afraid I'm very sceptical about this. My view is that the govt manufacture the figures that they want the media to pass on to us.
I don't believe it.
I believe it, and I think its good news (thank goodness) but I also think its not the end.
DH and I were talking about this at the weekend and he had an analogy I liked. He equated it to someone who'd been in a horrid car crash having had medical intervention and now being stable, out of intensive care, but stuck in casts and hospital. They way forward is hopefully now healing....but the casts are on...so now we have to finished healing, ge the casts off and get fitness back: then things are ''recovered''.0 -
just came up for air, ready to go back down again soon....Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

Don't believe everything you read on paper.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0
