Looks like i will be in aswell

Me and some friends were going to take the kids to a new years eve party at the local bowling alley (they usually have one every year) we rang them this morning to find out prices etc and they aint doing it this year
So unless we can find somewhere else thats suitable to take the kids then looks like i will be at home!
Though saying that everyone seems convinced im going to go into labour tomorrow or new years day that if they are right i could well be spending it on the labour ward :rotfl:0 -

This will mean a sumptuous several-courses dinner with fireworks and champagne on the seafront at midnight and then a bit of a pub-crawl afterwards. I look forward to this all year and I just can't wait! With a bit of luck Saturday will entail some charity-shop and junk-shop trawling as well.
that sounds lovely! i wish we were doing something like that!
even if i could get a babysitter NYE is rubbish where i live... nowhere to go and nothing to do
so the last few years, me OH and the kids have had our own little party,
some yummy nibbles, a few drinks, maybe a few games or singstar and the eldest (9 1/2) gets to stay up til she says its bed time (or when we go..which ever is later)
PrincessPlaty - your bump is due on my birthday (will also be in for that... *sigh*)0 -
