just gone back onto argos website and the black dsi is still on at the bargain price of 79.99

honestly keep trying!
they refused to sell it to me the first time, made lots of excuses, next time went through no problems, think it depends who answers the phone
good luck and don't give up!
so hope my order goes through as it's for youngest daughter's birthday present

Just rang them - have been told it is a misprint on the internet and should be priced at £149.99 - well done to those that got through with one!!

I ordered one over the phone this morning, no problems at the time.

A couple of minutes ago my phone rang and I didn't answer, as the number looked ominously like Argos...

Looks like they have began phoning people to cancel telephone orders. Hopefully they won't cancel all of them.

Unlikely, unless they have the facility to key in your order number on the phone for an automated status response.

I'm hoping the earlier orders will have gone too far down the fulfillment chain to be cancelled.

Would be nice to know though, I one reserved for collection and hubby can go for it after work but no point if telephone one is coming.

Scared to ring and ask in case they say 'we were just about to ring you' lol.

We don't know that yet, it might not have been them on the phone. Just keeping fingers crossed! Still on the website though.
