Beanie - these are the snow grip things that I got for my shoes. Would recommend them as they just give you that much more confidence when walking in the snow.

Well would probably be better than nothing, but I wouldn't risk them myself. I think there are some you can get with little spikes on which perhaps would be better for running?OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j

Cool. I'm itching to start running again but having slipped and broken my arm a few years ago am too nervous to go out while there's still icy patches:o26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

I have just finished watching Miss potter and for once I feel quiet contented with my life and happy to be single....
Then I come on here and read about yuour situation Sally and Bookie and I am now in tears. Why oh why is the world like this? Why is it set up that those that work hard, cause no trouble and put a hell of a lot of work in society get no help when they become stuck. Yet ones that dont get handed it without question. I wish I had a magic wand sometimes I really do...
And with that I am off to bed and I shall take my rant elsewhere
