Went to coop 2day as things I really needed. Also short on elmlea and brown sugar for the sticky toffee pud I was making for husdands son and his girlfriend as we were visiting 2day to see there 2 day old baby.:)

The shop came to15.77 and had dog food on it, tuna (hlf price), mango chutney (we had run out and alot of curry going on at present) Massive typhoo t bags for 2.00 instead of 4.something. Only 1 whoopsie today tho 32p for some bread which still had 3 days left on it. Qite pleased as onbly thing off list was t bags and we only have aweeks worth left anyway.

Tea is macaroni cheesew, left over beans from sausage casserole and broccoli. Pud left over choc pud I made the other evening. Tommorow we have 3 small portions of sticky toffe pud (well I couldnt let them have it all);) Off to update signature.

Went to MrS today when taking DS2 for his swim lesson. He has changed to a later lesson which means the whoopsies had been marked down :). Got 2 packs of TTD meatballs for £1.50 each and 2 packs of fresh pasta for 75p each, all of which are in the freezer to use during Feb.

Also got sweets for the children, stain remover spray, milk and a stir fry sauce for tonights tea.

    Off to update my sig.

    86p spent today on milk.

I bought my new freezer yesterday :D:j I am going to have a look online tonight and make a 'list' to start filling it up as it's running now, so I may as well put something in it! I'll either add this on to February's 'budget' or just give up totally on January! I don't need a great deal, but will buy a few bags of veg as it'll be so much easier than buying fresh all the time.

    I'm very excited!! :D:D (sad, I know :p)

    Hi everyone :hello:

A £2 spend today, so that definitely takes me over budget, but not by too much, so I'm happy enough!! ;) Should only need a pint of milk now for the rest of the week, then Feb challenge kicks in on Saturday for us.

HM veggie soup tonight (from a batch I froze a couple of weeks ago) and L!dl banana Heavenly Delight. I know it's not the healthiest pud in the world, but what's wrong with a few additives now and again! :D:p

Have a good evening! Off to update sig.

I`ve not caught up with the last few pages yet but i will make a start shortly, i`ve just got my receipts out and updated my signature.

I was hoping that i`d done my sums ok as i had to actually put a couple of things back onto the shelf when i went shopping - not things that i needed this week but i knew that i would need them next week and its really just a habit that i`ve got of buying things in advance.

I`m not buying a thing until the weekend when my Feb challenge starts but just to be on the safe side i`ll not declare my total just yet, i don`t need anything at all, just need to make sure that DH stays out of the shops too :D not a lot that can be bought with 2 pence though which is all thats left :rotfl:

    Good luck everyone.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p
